After got a report called for help a mother dog was chained and neglected. We come to there for help, she was tied in a short chained in dirty condition. It’s very cold the mother dog only skins and bones, with matted fur and wounds on the back. Maybe they don’t love dog, please if you can not give to them a happy life, please dont’ neglected or raise them.
