JoAnn Wiltz responded to the text about Peach, and after she accomplished the rescue, I called her and asked her to pick Ness up as he needed urgent medical care.
The amazing team at CARES with help from Dr. Antonio Pedraza fixed them both up so they could find them loving forever homes. JoAnn fostered Ness for 5 weeks until he healed, and then she found him an amazing home. Great job everyone as always, God bless you all. I do hope Peach manages to find her forever home, it was no surprise Ness was quickly adopted but as you often say it's always that much harder for Seniors. I do wish her well and send loving and healing thoughts her way in the hope that her new home isn't far away.
