It wnas in the 90's when I saw a black mass, but it was like a shadow that you could see and walk through. It wasn't pitch and creepy. It was in my closet. The light in my closet was on and the door to it was hinged in the middle so the door folded and there was about an inch of space between the two parts of the door and I could see it crouched like a person trying to peek it's head out but when I would talk to it, it would sit back. I also saw a "full bodied " in color human apparition with shoulder length blond hair, bleached with roots, wearing a green tee shirt with blue jeans. I only saw them from the back, in my dark living room in the middle of the night. It was so shocking I didn't stick around looking and walked out quietly back to bed. Both these things only happened once and in the same night. I haven't lived in that house since 1995. We only lived there 5 years. We keep a GPS unit on the entertainment center when we don't need it for a trip. It had been sitting there at least 3 weeks after it had last been plugged up to the car. It was definitely turned off when we put it there. While my step son and I sat watching tv one night, the GPS unit suddenly said, " turn right onto Erie". When we leave our house we are pointed in the opposite direction of that street. We would not be able to turn onto Erie. I don't live on the corner of my block, we live in the middle. None of the saved directions in the unit would have taken us right onto Erie.
