During yesterday’s flooding Skip Campbell, and his wife Nancy, were walking near Cottage Park in Sacramento when they noticed a cat struggling in the water that was flooding a nearby park.
With no hesitation, Skip went into the water to save the cat and realized it was actually a kitten.
The kitten is safe and Skip is currently talking with someone that hopes to provide it with a home.
