  2. THE OZONE LAYER TORE IN THAT SECTION OF THE PLANETS UNTILL ITS HEALS ITSELF IN THE SURFACE. Or we help by cutting it from the base by using the same device used to move the clouds from killing certain crops by having a large air canon to target what section u want clear! Just give a notice to ur neighbors that thing is loud!
