  1. Hi Scott, Love your vids. I've been getting quite annoyed by the overlay boxes promoting other videos 20-15 secs from the end though, look on Youtube community forum that says they are placed there by the site owner, so I'm asking if you have done that? If not, please know that they can't be turned off through Youtube by a viewer, they are really annoying and block most of the screen so you can't see the content you have posted for the end of each posting. It has been happening on all vids I've viewed from many channels.

  2. With today's technology, it should be easy for the car and telephone to "talk" to each other so that the phone either won't operate while inside the car or, in case of a genuine emergency, will work but racks up a cumulative fine plus demerit points for every minute it's in use, which a court could remove if the driver supplies evidence that it was a genuine emergency.

  3. The person in the red Polo GTI is using the VW touch adapter by the looks of it, and not the phone. Still a distraction but not using a phone……………

  4. I think the police should confiscate phones if they catch people using them whilst driving. No sense in giving them a fine for as soon as they drive away and either the phone rings or they receive a text they pick up the phone and use it.

  5. 5:26 – That's why here in Portugal outside lane traffic are not allowed to go any further than the first exit anymore. There were a lot of accidents of drivers cutting in front of traffic exiting the roundabouts, and because of the way the law was written, the driver who caused the accident was never found at fault. Some people still do it but it's easier for the insurance companies to determine the guilty part.

  6. Great content as always. As a side note, your thoughts on the safety (as you have got much road experience) of getting a motorcycle?

Take care and have a happy new year!
