11. So who's fault is it? The Police could easily avoided the car. But the car is also an idiot for going near a lane a police car with sirens on speeding through. I don't know how it works here but where I'm from, the Netherlands, everyone alwaysmakes space immidiatly for Police to get through, and nit even think about getting closer until they went passed ya.
