8. Sleep paralayze isn't a new thing to me. Almost every night, I sleep paralyze and saw a ghost(shadow). At first, they are far(not too far), but once i saw them, they got nearer, to touch me.
   The scariest one is when i was in a Hospital, a pastor came to pray in our ward( every Sunday) .He shared some of his testimonts and pray, but while he was praying i sense something, i was unable to open my eyes, unable to move, i saw a man(shadow) sitting on the edge of the bench, he got a wings like large hawk, and his hands look horrible ,like, we used to saw in a ghost movie, long nails, i can't seem to see his face but he has a red eye. And i can hear his heart beat, he tried to grab my legs(that's when i.saw his hands), at that moment his heart beat is getting fast, loud and clear, and that's when he looked at me. I was so scared but unable to open my eyes, and luckily before he grab my legs, the pray was done and able to open up my eyes. I'm sweating, so scared and i told my mom right away. She looked shocked but doesn't say anything.
