These baby owls have a “teddy bear” mom to sleep with — until they grow up and fly back to the wild together!

That's an old truism that's not true. You can still imprint on an animal and release it into the wild. We had a baby squirrel fall out of its nest and land right in front of us raking leaves. We nursed it back to health and he lived in our basement for about a year before we let him outside to go free. After that he would come back from time to time to visit, get treats and let us pet him, and after a while, it seems he told the other squirrels, because they all started to do the same. He would come over to us and sit in our laps and let us pet him like a dog, then would return to his new home in the trees. Many other examples exist. These owls would be no worse off if they had imprinted on the people.
This is so beautiful 😍❤️❤️❤️
I hope they were somehow taught to hunt too because I didn't see any mention of that in the video and wild owls kinda need to know how to hunt
Because of humans, dogs, cats and rat poison, these chicks suffered a sadistic and terrifying death. Sorry to rain on the cutesy video, but true.
Why wouldn’t you want them to imprint on you? How amazing would it be to have pet owls

most parents once their kids reach the age of 18.
Cute owls though, none the less
the way they move their heads reminds me of Indian folks
This is all very nice, of course, but I remember going with my father to the tundra (Norilsk Russia), we went far and were able to watch the killing of a mouse, or a vole, I don’t know, an owl. it's a pretty cruel sight, especially for a little boy, and my father ordered me to turn away. however, I spied anyway, the curiosity was too great. the spectacle was imprinted on my life, as an owl tears this mouse alive, screams, etc. in general it's all very cute until you see the animal in action in the wild
thanks to be awesome
so happy for them! even though you guys had them for w while, ill miss them 🙁
There's a barred owl nest in my backyard. That sound the babies make is unmistakable.
What a cutie.❤️
All of God's creation… all that is in it…
His gifts… so amazing & so beautiful.
Oh… God is great! 💕🙏💕
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you kind people for all you do for the wild creatures of our world. U r very much needed and appreciate!
I honestly couldn’t do this.
I’d feel destroyed knowing something I helped raise would have to leave me.
Ì have loved owls all my life. These sweet babies are such gorgeous little fluff balls..
Thank you for rescuing these precious babies.
I knew you would upload more owl videos!
I hate the ones where it’s like they’re talking to children
I just love the why owls stare and headbob…so cute

What does that means
I’m loving the head wraps for the owl babies safety ❤️❤️❤️❤️
If be fired out of this job cause I couldn't stop my self from cuddling and talking to them.
This reminds me of my little feathered friend being a little ugly but cute baby haha
So cute
I will catch those Pokemon and pet it as well
I feel sad that the owl couldnt see there savers
Yep my mom made the mistake of letting a barn owl imprint on her and also raising a couple of Canadian geese together at the same time.
Every year during the spring/summer/fall times we'll have about 4-6 broods of geese and maybe 2-3 owls around my mom's shop due to her original "kids" that constantly come back, nest and breed around the area (her shops infront of a forest with a small pond).
Had to clean up so much geese poop and left over rodents that the owls would bring to her.
