3. I’m not sure of our dog acts so human because she gets so much exposure to it being a service dog or if that’s just the way she is? She navigates her world very human like. She has a husky type of voice box so she can sound like she is talking too and uses that, not to bark or whine, no to actually have a conversation. She met another service dog and dad said they sounded like they were having a conversation instead of being defensive or anything. They were both perfectly relaxed and. once allowed to greet each other, they have their very casual convo that sounded like small talk. Dad found it hilarious to the point that he and the other owner were trying not to show how much they were cracking up over it. This is just one example. Our dog pays attention to lots of things we do, every detail. She once walked me step by step through my process of sitting out on the porch for tea when it rains because she loves sitting under the table and watch the rain fall with me. She actually went all the way upstairs to my room and lead me to each spot of my process and all the way downstairs with the tray and lead me outside. The one time I put down the tray to let her out alone she turned around, sat by where the tray was and huffed. I got the picture that I was supposed to take this outside and go with her too. She’s a riot. We listen to her simply because she doesn’t abuse her communication skills too much (ok sometimes she pulls pranks like to get the other dog off mom’s lap for pets), but mostly she is right about what she means or what she wants is harmless like telling me to join her for a tea time. It’s not like she is fed either during our tea times so no motivation lies there. She just really likes company I guess. I have more stories but I’ll stop here.

24. The dog loving vegetables thing is literally what one of my dogs do. One of my dogs LOVES the green part of cauliflower, the part that humans don't even eat, she gets so excited when my mom makes cauliflower.
