It was raining for nearly a month through out Cambodia bringing lots of water that cause a really bad flooding of the villages, roads, school, pagoda, houses, Borey, market. In this video, a sewer flooding of the road in Phnom Penh city in front of Prek Chrey Market. The Cambodian Navy team work hard to help rescue and transport motorbikes, stuffs from flooded home to high land. I can see an excavator is pulling a Prius car from deep flooded place to a less flood place.
