Prosecutors in Illinois want the death penalty for two people accused of killing a police officer. The state doesn’t have the death penalty, but Kankakee County prosecutors are asking for federal murder charges so the death penalty is an opion. Irika Sargent of CBS Chicago station WBBM-TV has more.
