The amazing animal welfare officers at the RSPCA have been called to a flat in horrendous conditions. A frightened Staffordshire bull terrier called JD has been tied up to a radiator and left to starve. The officers can’t help get emotional over the awful condition poor JD is in.

The work these people do is amazing. I would never be able to handle the things they see. Imagine the many cases not shown here because they are too gruesome to show on tv. It just breaks my heart.

Rex has so much life in his eyes!! The person who neglected him should be prosecuted!!
Oh my….I had such a feeling of dread and sadness seeing Rex….I thought for sure he was not going to make it. I am glad the veterinary staff didn't give up on him T.T

Please don't tolerate this situation, cruel previous should be punish by law and please don't procastinate and show it in media so they will learn and know who is that person because he will do it again on his next dog 100%.
