  1. It just takes one moment of madness from earth to wipe us all out. No amount of money, army or technology will save us when that happens.

  2. This volcano emits more carbon than we could produce during 100 lifetimes, but yes we must resort to living in caves again to curb global warming.

  3. It's strange how there's a lower circular ring of clouds below the main ash cloud. It's clearly spreading even faster than the ash cloud itself, yet only about half as fast as the shock wave you can see a couple frames before. It looks to be at the same height level the highest water/ice clouds in the area, while the ash cloud is towering at least twice as high and casting a shadow down on it.

  4. i live in texas , USA —- i believe i heard that shock wave come thru my area , just watching tv when i heard this loud boom, could not see anything from my house ,
thought it must have been someone setting off a firework , then the reports started coming in of a massive under water volcano erupting
prayers of hope going to those involved and that rescue & relief supplies comes quickly

  5. What kinda gets me is if their was warning pre-eruption, you know the global maps know the earth usually within an inch…. They didn’t pick up on it sooner? As peaceful as they look maybe they just didn’t pick up on it, where I’m from we have sinkholes that come out of nowhere. 🙏

  6. Very happy, pleasant. Oh, yes, such a spectacular scene needs to appear every day. The more people die, the better. GreatI hope this spectacular and beautiful scene will happen every day all over the world, which will make people happier😝

  7. I just read about the first reported human casualties. I live in Europe in the Netherlands and I have to admit I haven't noticed a difference in atmospheric pressure although people have told me they saw it on their barometers. There is substantial damage on Tonga because of the tsunamis, and communication with the island nation (consisting of over a hundred islands but not all of them are inhabited) needs to be restored.
