  1. after all the stagnation and butchering of the games difficulty this game is a breath of fresh air. if you look at it in comparison to other open world games it isn't really special but as a pokemon fan who has given up on pokemon this is like a miracle a step off the path of stagnation a game without the difficulty utterly nerfed. the graphics aren't spectacular but it matters little in the grand scheme. as someone who quite pokemon after Pokemon Black and White 2 as i couldn't accept the quality of the new game (plus i would have to buy the 3ds) and i watched as game after game the quality just continued to fall. eventually it finally got to to switch with Sword and Shield. breath of the wild didn't hook me enought to buy a switch. and of all the pokemon games Sword and Shield got hit with the most shit. this was a game that was expected to be spectacular considering the specs and processing power of the switch. but what people were given was a utterly shit game filled with shit excuses for shit decisions. i had given up on pokemon. but legend of arceus actually stirs something in me making me wonder if i should get a switch just for this game. it looks so fun. and that is saying something to me

  2. Don't worry about Arceus pronunciation, there's been like three different ones in official media. AR-see-us according to Battle Revolution commentator, Ar-SAY-us according to the Arceus movie trailer, and then later Pokedex 3D Pro has it with a hard c instead of soft c.

  3. dude u dont have to catch all 25, to progress
its to get that pokedex entry of a single pokemon to max level , then its hiny odds increase. otherwise u dont have to do it

  4. Finally got to the final boss. I will not spoil anything, but I will say that it was very unexpected and the hardest fight I have ever been put up with in a pokemon game. I love it.

  5. Hilarious reaction to him playing Pokemon for the first time after 20 or so yrs. I really enjoy seeing a new start to the Pokemon formula. I really want this to keep going and see your reaction to the many challenging, brutal, and exciting characters and Pokemon you will meet. Keep playing the game, it gets more complicated, and new surprises await.

  6. The game is pretty janky, unpolished and not pretty to look at… but it is a lot of fun, so that's all that really matters. I hope gamefreak takes this as a blueprint for future games.

  7. listen up, 15-year-old child. work for a living or we'll banish you to the wilderness, where you will surely die. if you're an unproductive member of society, then you aren't part of society.

  8. I've been a Pokemon fan since Ultra Sun and Moon. My first game was Lets Go Eevee. I since then have gotten Ultra Moon and decided it to be my favorite. This game is my favorite and I already have 11 hours on it. I have only played 2 days total (due to homework and having to make stuff up due to being gone).

  9. If he’s to continue this game to the end, it will be a requirement that he play diamond&pearl, platinum or the remakes
(He’ll basically experience the opposite of most of us, by experiencing all the characters, names, places and music and see where they originally inspired from)
