  1. When I heard "kept chained in the backyard" I knew the dog owner was to blame for her dogs being killed, and I appreciate the landowner having someone professional do it in a quick humane way, as much as I hate that they lost their lives. But it makes me wonder how hungry they were, and you can see from the pictures they were used for breeding. That woman needs to be banned from having animals until she grows up. Backyard breeders, and really careless ones at that, are a scourge to society…

  2. These dogs are the woman's "babies". And that is precisely why she chained one to a tree and thought that was completely ok. Also she hoped these dogs would behave better than the previous ones, whom she "got rid of" (I prefer not to think how exactly she got rid of them). Babies indeed…Way to go "mama"…Poor doggos and poor sheep. It's too bad they had to die, but I can't say I blame the sheep's owner in this situation.

  3. This owner who’s dogs attacked sheep has a typical victim mentality. Someone doesn’t have time to come and find you when their sheep are being attacked nor should they have to.
You don’t ‘get rid’ of two dogs that attack sheep then get two more and just hope they don’t attack sheep.
Those dogs paid the price for her selfish stupidity.

  4. she had time to call a rifleman but no time to call the owner to collect her dogs ?
she didnt shoot the dogs thus her life wasnt in danger. she called someone else ?

  5. This is a bad, bad owner. She had dogs, they attacked the sheep, so she "got rid of them" and got two more, and just "hoped" they wouldn't attack sheep too, they did, and they were shot. This is her fault. She clearly never built a secure fence and trained her dogs not to attack sheep. (If she did everything she could and they still killed sheep I think people would be sympathetic). I am so tired of owners who say "they're my babies" but selfishly never do the hard work of dog ownership. And their dogs pay the price.

  6. i could wish there had been a less deadly outcome with those dogs and sheep, but i won't pretend that there really wasn't much that could be done aside from better fences(that might've not even kept the dogs contained if they were good jumpers)

  7. Like the happy endings.
Hope the dummy dog owner has to pay for the sheep. That will keep her from doingvit again. And a judge can order her to have no more dogs.
