as a 5 star hotel food and beverage manager (in room service)… that hotel room BS is… well, BS. even at the level of ULTIMATE luxury, hotel security cams (unless tied to a casino, when needed…) have nowhere near that fidelity. Also, the transmission of engineering/security staff to "Base" communications are rarely (if ever) recorded, and NEVER that clear. The signal is constantly interrupted by walls and certain metals. No way they got a full and clear transcript. All this being said from a 5 star perspective, no way a run of the mill hotel has this technological capability. 100% fake.
