Hey friends! Some people are saying they are seeing our channel says "zero subscribers" – Is that happening to you too, or just some? Just trying to figure it out 🙂
I stayed up more than 36 hours during my final exams, not to study i just have an addiction to staying up late for no reason
the pictures actually didnt matter, because even paying attention to what you both were saying was getting harder and harder every time an hour passed
Me watching at 4:00 a.m.: hmmmm very interesting but I have insomnia sooooooo
Me watching this at 2am: mmmhhhh
I've suffered with insomnia and anxiety for about 20 years. I tried everything with no help but I started listening to boring audio stories designed by a Hypnotherapist and I'm sleeping very very well. I'm not trying to promote this person or anything, I'm just very very happy with how it helped and wanted to share. You can find this guy, and probably others, on youtube.
now i finally know why i have no memory of 8th grade, i was sleep deprived for the whole year haha
I’m going on 48 😕
Everyone over exaggerating this BS.
You two are absolutely amazing and I love what you are doing. Please keep pushing to educate. I love your chemistry and the way you express your information and your findings. You're actually helping me make it through my day to day life and my struggle with my recent coming out to my parents. Thank you for all you do! I love your information and experiments and look forward to seeing what you come up with!
The longest I've stayed awake is 37 hours, just an hour longer than this challenge lol
I suffer insomnia really bad. This is nothing new.
I've stayed awake for 36, even 40 hours, like, 6 times before.
For the delusional crazies who claim they don't need sleep, do better without sleep, etc. Etc. : GET SOME DAMN SLEEP! It's going to send you to an early grave…
Look in the background in 7:45
Are y'all fr playing Overcooked while sleep deprived, alright that's a flex.
this reminds me a lot of the time i, myself, stayed awake for nearly 48 hours on end. thinking about it now, i definitely experienced the same changes in facial expression.
Ive stayed up for 72 hours before
he ripped tho
My dad had to do sleep deprivation while serving in the military, basically it means having to stay awake for up to 4 days straight while also doing physical labour, it got to a point where one night he was driving a unimog and slammed on the brakes because there were ducks crossing the road, his co-driver woke up, looked at him and said “what are you doing”
“I’m waiting for the ducks to cross the road”
He was told to look back again and they were gone
I always found that story almost fascinating what sleep deprivation can do to you
What’s sleep?
Can someone please tell me wft was happening in the background at 7:42 ..
I love the close up and the, "you literally look so tired".
Fatal Familial Insomnia look for Ricard Siagian
Thank You for the great video!
For the last year or more: I woud sleep regularly & then be awake for 24 hours or more.
Idk why tho? Idk how to make my body & brain get tired.
But the 1 thing that I thought was cool was the 1 gentleman w dark brown hair said: He felt like his “brain was melting”! I say that nearly every time I’m awake for 24+ hours – which is quite often lol!
Plz help me to find answer to my sleep problem!
hah i sleep at 6am
I haven't slept for last 48 hours now
It’s Xmas 🎅 holidays, my sleep patterns are truly effed.
Got up at 1.00pm
When back to sleep till 6.00pm
So now I am awake all night. I need to fix this before the 6/01/22
I haven’t slept in 32 hours now, I’m currently seeing fog in my house, and I’m seeing pixels, also I think I drunk toilet water maybe idk and I probably crashed my car but hey it’s going great!
I watched a horror movie and I can't go to sleep it is now 5:57 am
What's sleep?
Indeed, a lack of sleep can change a face. Back then I used to sleep about 3 hours daily because of how intense my school's morning routine was (and it still is now). After my finals were over, I can relax and sleep enough because I had nothing to do. Long story short, as I'm writing this comment, I was shocked at how much my face can change from looking moody and sad to looking so fresh in just about 5 days after sleeping well.
Now do it and don’t purposely squint in the after photos. There will still be a difference but it won’t be nearly as noticeable.
I’m currently pulling a all nigther cuz I have 27 missing assignments that I have to return tomorrow. I need help
Me watching this at 3 am :👁👄👁
When I was a young adult, I stayed awake for FIVE DAYS (some say six, but I did nap for an hour the first day so I only count five) for science.. to see if you really "go insane." You start to dramatically slip into insanity at three days, but at five days it is so bad that you realize it. I was hearing voices, seeing hallucinations, and just absolutely emotional. I was on the phone for over an hour, full conversations, but instead of a phone, I was talking to my hand. When I realized it wasn't a phone, I just kept going on with my conversation with a toy phone. It was strange at the moment of experience, terrifying afterwards, but I really did learn so much about the importance of sleep.
Disclaimer: this was totally planned. I had a team of friends keeping an eye on me in case something went sideways. I did this experiment as safely as I possibly could.
