3. Rice is not nutritious. A starving dog needs frequent small meals. Hopefully high in protein. Why didn't anyone take him to the vet? You can see that he had a skin problem, probably mange. And if he has mango worms; they need to come out. It makes dogs anemic with the maggots sucking their blood. That poor dog is neglected, and someone needs to help him.

19. You didn’t show any removal of mangoworms. Just the dog eating rice from a dirty snow shovel. You could see that the dog had many mangoworms in it’s skin. Lousy video. Waste of time.
