🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  4. Very delicious food. JAMAICAN ACKEE – don't know its origin but it can be found in NIGERIA growing in ABUNDANCE. However It is not regarded as a culinary delight. THE NIGERIAN NAME FOR THIS FRUIT is ISHIN.

  5. I ask this question with the utmost respect and curiosity:
A comment was made about the Rastas voluntary vegetarian diet with the notion that animal flesh is seen as "dead food"… this is my question for not only Rastas but also vegans(again respectfully): why is animal life place above plant life? Isn't life, life? Bc in my (dark humored mind) I wonder if the philosophy you follow would be the same if plant LIFE had the ability to immediately react to pain or death in the way we(human can understand; screaming or immediate physical reaction to an injury) Plant LIFE can express a response to damage, in that it will heal itself the best way it can (more often than not, in the form of a scab, much like mammalian skin. I'm sorry for the long post, I just wanted to fully express the context of my question. I'd appreciate informative answers.

  6. The Rastafarians and many other Jamaicans are the true bloodline descendants of the original people of Israel that scattered into central and west Africa combined with the descendants of Judah exiled from Spain 🇪🇸 and Portugal 🇵🇹 after 1491 brought to Jamaica 🇯🇲 on slave ships to fulfill the prophecy of Deuteronomy 28:15-68.
