4. I don't understand why the Jet haven't been able to see the big Aeroplane.
   We can understand that big plane was too big too see small jet.

   But the Jet was facing directly facing the big plane.

5. it is easy to second guess but the more automated aircraft become . . . the less technical knowledge pilots are taught.

8. It's immensely difficult not to think "why the HELL were things made this way/procedures done this way/did these things get overlooked!?" every time I watch these. It seems so obvious the extent of design flaws and overlooked common sense today, but one has to always remind themselves that it wasn't common sense at the time. They were unknowns, new designs, and at-the-time unprecedented series' of events.

22. In American Airlines 587's case, the investigator asked: Could he have the ripped the tail off his own plane? Here's a fact: YES! HE DID! Seriously FO if that training with the rudder was too severe, why can't you go to a different training simulator instead? For Air Florida 90, those stupid pilots weren't fully trained for the icy weather, as a result, the plane was half deiced, delays allowed more ice on the wings, and the engines got slush on them. BEA 548's Captain suffers a condition where he retracts the droops too soon. And XL airways flight 888 sensors got wet, then got frozen in cold temperature. The pilots were unaware that you need manual control to fix the problem, but they failed to notice.

23. I love all air crash investigation videos, but Idk why the one where the KC 130 crew came to the storm chasers rescue, got them out safe, and saying 'It's all part of the service' is so satisfying..
