   Go get a puppy and do the same thing
   They need to be chained up just
   Like the dogs in the very same
   Place and for the same amount of years! This is the only way to stop it and this will never happen

13. What is the purpose in this young dog being chained up on the mountain road? No food, no proper shelter, stale water. Why? Bless you, Takis and Apostolia, for rescuing these 2 dogs.

14. I would be willing to donate a good pair of bolt cutters so that you can cut through chains quickly just to get the dog back to the shelter faster. Where can I send donations?
