WA is amazing, Pilboro is also where you can find stromatolites (Shark Bay). These organisms produced the oxygen needed by life.
They have been dated @ 3.5 Bn years old, shark Bay has living examples of stromatolites, I loved it.
You make history fun. What a good channel and host. I liked and subscribed.

Well the headless horse men is based on a true story and he would collect the heads of his victims
Wow
Not surprised about Australia, the aborigines are the oldest people. It makes sense.
You’re my hero Katrina!
Every day you learn something newer an interesting 🤔👍💖💯👀🙏
Hi Katrina !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cats were entombed in house walls to protect against witches during medieval and earlier times
If that building was a medieval inn, then it probably had an adjoined tavern. Owners of such businesses were known to employ young ladies of ill repute, and would often pimp their services. It stands to reason that pregnancies resulted, and the infants may have been killed and buried on the property. Seems a more likely scenario than ritual child sacrifice, the practice of which is little known after the second century, AD.
The last one was my favourite, because I’d never heard of its status as the oldest place on Earth before. I always enjoy hearing new things from you.

My house was built in the early 60`s, by my husbands grandfather and a few of his brothers. The only thing we would recover, would be strohs beer cans.
