19. What is wrong with the society in the country these dogs reside in? What kind of people can ignore an injured animal, and even tease them? In fact, there are videos of this sort from all over the world. At least there are a few people who try to help. The amount of neglected and abused overall must be staggering. People who treat animals this way, would treat other humans this way also, if it weren't for laws and societal restraints. Some still do, advancing on to worse mental sicknesses.
