1. Very very well made documentary!! That Alan comes off as a fraud. He says others came there to show off and be heros on social media, but when fighting kicks of he's the one rocking a gopro as he smokes a cigarette while others fight.

12. Incredibly moving and so poignant. So many truly good men. Konsta was a beautiful soul and his mother equally so. The blackness in between takes can feel suffocating and dark..you are gifted as a documentary maker. Never lose your freshness and empathy

14. This Canadian guy, spent what? 3 years in the military over 10 years ago? Then preaches about not doing it for the money etc, fair enough, but he is still there for the action and you could see he was gutted by his unit/platoon being sent to Afghanistan so here is us in Iraq looking for what he missed. He may be a nice guy, but at the end of the day this is all about his own agenda and filling the gap that he missed. It is ridiculously easy to go to these modern war zones be it in the Middle East or Ukraine, too many foreign fighters are either A) Unsatisfied with their current life or B) in it for the money and C) the very, VERY few who are genuinely there to help out of their heart and my god they are VERY few. I would be so bold to say 1 or 2 out of 20 are there out of selflessness.

38. This is serious inside footage. Hat's off to them…crazy or not. We need a big enough force so that ISIS wouldn't even be tempted to try.
