This emergecny prep grocery haul can be for a natural disaster or even our most pressing concerns this Covid-19 / Coronavirus. I will say that I did take full inventory of all my food on hand and then went from there as to decide what items to purchase. I also included my regular groceries into this grocery haul as well. So all the stuff for our regular day to day life and school lunches was purchased as well. I picked up our regular produce that we needed as well from BJ’s Wholesale Club.
