    Gravity and physics work together during a down fall on a sled. Gravity brings you down, while physics spins you around during that fall. I learn that as a child is why I was afraid of sleds… physics, the master. Not something you see in video games, I notice. Kids don't understand this force of nature. They think everything travels in a straight line gravity… no. They don't know much about their friend — physics. I would use breaks on a sled to control a sled, but that doesn't work well on snow like on a car

    I would make a similar mistake when mountain biking many years ago. I would turn a corner and hit a high rock before I could avoid it, then my front tire would get shot off course, into another similar mess like in a pinball machine, and off I went flying…
