Dramatic moments for Los Angeles Fire Department Urban Search and Rescue teams as a woman, and then her dog, had to be rescued from the Los Angeles River. At one point a bystander tried to rescue the canine, but ultimately had to be rescued himself. He was taken to the hospital, treated for dog bites.

  1. i love animals have rescued a few my self and will continue to do so if needed but did they spend hour broadcasting dog rescue when so much else going on that needs to be addressed.

  2. Poor guys, he was biting/snarling at them again at the end, lol. And right as she's closing with "We keep our eyes on a pretty happy dog here!"

  3. Fox follies covers the rescue of a dog. Fine, but Putin's tv station applauds migrants who die in the desert, or kids that drown crossing a river to freedom.. Hypocrisy defines authoritarian fox tv station…

  4. They should have called a calf roper – he could have roped the dog & held him long enough for Fire to put a net on him & haul him up out of the canal.
