🇪🇬COW HEAD: In a big pot called Hala, add Sausage, liver and green chili. Fry. Add into Egyptian bread with onions and serve with tahini and salsa.
🇪🇬RICE PUDDING: Add rice, water, milk, sugar and mix it. Add some drops of vanilla. Cook it until it has a porridge texture.

You should visit Saudi Arabia. In the middle of the country, try dhab which is a giant lizard. Then go to the southern region (e.g. JAZZAN). You'll find different traditional dishes like Mahshoosh and trying khameer bread (a very ancient sour bread made of sorghum) with fish and sesame oil. Beside other food in the country like kabsa, mandi and mathlootha.
You've just got to bribe them mate. They're not trying to make your life difficult for no reason, they're hustlers just like the street vendors who are feeding you. Foreigners, especially business travellers, are prime targets so you and your team should have been prepared for this.

Most people procrastinate because they're unsure. We over analyze because we're unsure. Just do it anyway. Time costs lives, Most times it amazes me greatly the way I moved from an average lifestyle to earning over 63k per month, utter shock is the word.
