The furniture store one could've easily been staged.. have a string through the crack of the door near the hinges to pull the broom down and another string to pull the door closed. Why else would they want to "record that room" but not actually record inside it? seems odd to me.
Regarding Creeples, Nuke has a couple of videos that are urban explorers and/or ghost hunters coming across live people. Those are the creepiest videos.
