11. My Twitter acct has been suspended since Jan6 for "spammy behavior", whatever the heck that means, and after numerous emails its still hanging in limbo. I had been making comments about a lot of the ppl at the Capitol who were riling up the crowd & who I'd seen changing clothes in the bushes, etc. The reason I say this is bc Charlie had followed me on Twitter & we had some great conversations prior to me getting suspended. I was an interpreter in post-secondary ed, so was always surrounded by college students. The change in them over 35 years was astounding & frightening. I'm new to Pastor Jack, but I'm so excited to find a pastor who's unafraid to both preach AND speak of politics. SO many ppl say that politics do not belong in the church; however, they seem to have forgotten about Jesus turning over tables. I'm concerned about Charlie's comment a while back, "America is an idea', and hope he has changed his position on that.

22. I just listened to an old sermon. He made the point about Abraham when God showed him the stars and said just as the stars so will your descendents be, innumerable. He said we are grafted into that inheritance by faith in Jesus Christ and the His sacrifice for us. Just as stars are not visible in the daylight, as the world grows darker, against the back drop of darkness the stars are more visible. Providing light in a dark world. This encouraged me greatly. I hope this encourages others and gives them peace, as things grow more wicked, wacko, and dark. It's the dark night of this system, satan's system is drawing to an end.
