  1. I'm so happy you gave him such a wonderful loving home for his final years 🧡 I'm so terribly sorry for your loss though, he'll always be with you tho and obviously loved you very much 😻🧡🧡🧡
We were adopted by a stray cat who was 14 years old when she came to us, she had complex medical needs but lived a very happy life with us until she was 20 – our vet also cried with us when she passed 💖 We miss Matilda still even all these years later & talk to our furry ladies often about their "Auntie Tildy" ❤❤❤

  2. Amazing, extremely relatable. Her little cat passed away a similar day mine recently did. He meant the world to us and was a little brother and friend for me. It was a truly sad experience for a family who adores animals. At the same time, I was glad to see him in peace and that his last memory was of all of us loving and caring for him.

  3. wow Thank you so much for seeing him, 2 years in the shelter , he was hungry for love and a forever loving and a safe home and a loving affectionate and a caring and a nurturing parent like yourself and your husband. I am with tears in my eyes, crying with you, he was/is so lovely and gorgeous and beautiful and super cute , and you can see he has/had a great loving heart , kind eyes and he loved you so much and still loves you up there in the heavens. I can understand your crying and I am man, and I love cat so much and would have adopted him as well, senior cats and Hieko in particular deserve to be and feel loved and be happy and safe and have a good and a loving home, just as other younger cats or kitten. Hieko, he is a beautiful pure and loving and a great soul. I am so glad you buried him in your garden, his garden that he loved so much. may he soul rest in peace , in heavens with all the great loving angels and his friends and near God , forever , truly loved and happy , comfortable joyful and safe. I am sure you will see him again , after this life round on earth

  4. We have so much love to give and senior cats are just waiting to give it back to us..

You are a magical human being….like cats. .they are magical aliens full of love ❤

  5. I'm from Germany and I also had a wonderful cat called Woody. He's been dead for years, unfortunately. We will never forget him either. he is in our hearts. So I can feel very well how much your loss hurts. You don't have to be ashamed of your tears, even after such a long time it still happens to me that I have to cry.

  6. Bitter sweet story. A beautiful story to listen to although sad as his life in a loving home was so short but at least the Mr Gingerman was able to pass away in a warm home , in warm arms and surrounded by souls who loved him very much. May the memories of him always be fresh and bring warmth to your heart.

  7. Our time here is so short. But I'm sure that those 4 short years of love and living in comfort felt like a lifetime to Heiko.
    Rest in peace Heiko🌹

  8. And I'm so sorry for the loss of Heiko. But his last 4 years he lived his BEST LIFE and that means so much, that is everything. Whatever hard times an animal (or a person) has been thru, getting beyond it and achieving health, love and happiness is what matters. It's not how you start, it's how you finish. RIP Heiko. You are still loved!! This lady is a true angel.

  9. "The vet saved his life" but so did the love from this very fine lady. Heiko is so cute, so handsome. He looks so much better. So happy for him and his lovely owner. 🧡🧡💛💛

  11. This is such a lovely and bittersweet story. I cried. I'm so glad that Heiko was part of a loving family in his last years. I'm sure you guys gave him as much happiness as he gave you. Those trees will grow strong and beautiful just like sweet Heiko.
