2. Painful to watch, way too much front brakes and flat pedals. As a XC racer in Michigan, this is hard to watch.

3. One of the thing's I knew before watching this were proven in this clip, front break's should not be used very much and you should keep your weight over the rear or back wheel. Because going Over The Bar's suck's real bad.

4. 3:15 So how is it getting your balls pounded by metal for a good 10 seconds? That looked so awful, I hope your boys have recovered

5. I practice downhill and mountaineering and the best helmet I have ever used is the full-face helmet. It has saved me from breaking my mother, I mean, my face in a few strokes, you have to wear a helmet when riding a bike, but the best one is the full-face helmet.
