At least the person has enough compassion to put them by an animal shelter..If they were forthright enough the shelter would take them anyway with a small donation and help Spay the mother so she wouldn't get pregnant again.. People get scared because they think shelters will report them or not help..What could have been a disaster if those puppies got out of the box or picked off by Coyote's Foxes Owls Hawks or just bad Weather ended up blessings 6 people's lives with puppy Love..

After spending my teens and 20s watching what happened in the Balkan with horror, its resoundingly amazing to see the generation borne in that era grow up to be outstandingly compassionate amazing people. Thank you young Balkan for restoring my faith in humanity and quieting the nightmares I have when I close my eyes.
