18. Help! Do you have advice for my fearful shutdown foster dog? He doesn't want anything to do with me. He does have a history of aggression towards men. I haven't had men over to see it yet. I just want him to have a personality & feel joy. He lays around wanting nothing to do with me. He doesn't seem to enjoy being pet or being brushed. He follows me around….always out of reach. He's an Australian Kelpie.
