When I could I paid for both of us as I’m still from an era where that was the gentlemanly thing to do. Her being so reasonable is what made it so we could spend more time together!! Now, 40 years later and she still insists on paying!
   I don’t understand women fully expecting the man to pay 100% of the time. My nieces complain that their boyfriends never have any money. I asked each one if the pay their fair share. They say “No way!!” I explained that’s very likely why their boyfriends were always broke!! I told each one that complained to try to pay every time for the next month. Some tried and thanked me for the eye opener,,,,,, the others were still just so entitled….. .
