5:00 looks like a shadow, maybe something hanging off the back of the trailer or back trailer door is at just the right angle. not too sure what is casting it, but that's why it disappears where the flashlight shines directly at it, and it wouldn't look like a girl standing while you're right by it, just the perspective of the camera
little kids are very pure and scientists have proved they can see things adults cant
It's obvious the mom and someone else in that room were just pranking the girls. Even if you were randomly recording your daughters eating dinner for some reason, you wouldn't just disregard something one of them (and then both of them) are pointing out as something scary in the other room while displaying genuine fear as you continue to record.
The girls seems a little scared. But you do know that this is scary as FUCK

Ghosts don't have shadows, so if you see something or someone you suspect is a ghost then pay attention to whether there is a shadow on the person or whatever you see.

That "girl" must have been a patch on the ground that is opaque to the infrared that the camera is capturing.
