14. One would think that even after TVJ highlighted the issue of Desilting of the Bull Park River in Ten Miles , Bull Bay we would have heard or seen their representativesfrom. How much planning does it take the Carib Cement Company to clean the river of which they are well aware it needs desilting from December 2020. Are you saying that all the interventions at stakeholders meetings facilitated by Jamaica Environment Trust was a facade. Reactive Carib Cement Company major works and promises wont work right now desilting is necessary now. Money is set aside for cleaning we have been told so come and clean, stop procrastinating.

There are lives and homes at serious risk and if the MP and Cement company had relatives there or even cared, then solutions will be effected immediately. Act now! Coming to look and talk makes no sense. Effect a proper and lasting solution so that the citizens surrounding the bull park river can be safe. It's a simple thing for the MP and Cement company to do. Imagine if your blood sister or brother was living there?
