1. This has been going on for decades. Each new Prime minister fixes him or herself and to "Hell" with the people. Those draining systems are so backed up and filled with trash. People have died in them. It is so sad. These politicians need to be stripped of their wealth and put in jail.

2. The J.L.P is back in power and hopeful the Jamaica people will be taking care of. With what I see the road, small poor community, light, water, food etc.

5. This is not acceptable. This is wicked. Who designed and build these roads? I hope they will redo these roads properly at their own expense and no cost to the Jamaica people.

15. Marcus Garvey Dr, harbor street in the vicinity of high Holborn street & gold street.. Those areas have always been flood prone.
    The government of Jamaica just pretend it away.
    Can't blame the Chinese for this.

17. Sorry to say but me no knows what but everywhere CHEC China harbour build road always flood out treadways,mullock, to town all over

18. The drainage system needs clearing out of the debris and the water channel cleared as make certain water passes through and not have these floods
