🇮🇳 SPICY CHICKEN: Grill the chicken on a tawa. Pour in masala made using white pepper, black pepper, yogurt, ginger & saffron. Add cooking oil and chilies. Serve with chapati.

🇮🇳 MUTTON KARAHI: Chop the meat into small pieces. Add meat in Karahi. Add salt over it.
After 30 minutes, add the green chili, ginger, and tomatoes. Add 1 liter of water to make the meat soft. Cover the Karahi and cook for 15 minutes, then add black pepper.

🇮🇳 LIVER IN CAUL FAT: Wrap the liver in the caul fat and place it in the freezer. Skewer them and grill on charcoal for 15-20 minutes, and then add salt.

🇮🇳 MINCED BEEF KEBAB: Mince beef and mix with oil, onion, ginger, condense milk, garlic, green chili. Grill the kebab for 8-12 minutes over the charcoal.

  1. The reason amna insists that sonny completes the food is that its found disrespectful to keep large amounts of food to waste in muslim culture as consuming over your needs is greedy and even the prophet told us to eat slowly and in moderation

  4. I just wanted you to understand the Pakistani and Indian cuisines. Indian cuisine is vegetarian only, non veg cuisine cannot be said to be Indian cuisine but is called Mughlai cuisine. The Muslims of undivided India which included Pakistan got the Biryani's, the Nihari's and all the non vegetarian items from the Muslim Mughal Kings and the Muslim Nawabs of India (e.g. Nawab of Hyderabad etc ) who got these kind of cuisines from the country you visited Uzbekistan and incorporated aromatic spices in the dishes. Because India has a huge Muslim population they have inherited the mughal style of cooking and pakistan being a muslim country have the same mughlai cooking and their use of spices is fantastic. Vegetarian food only can be called Indian while the non vegetarian food in both India and Pakistan can be called Muslim cuisine or Mughlai cuisine.You cannot compare the Muslim foods which you had in old Dehli like Biryani, Nihari, Chicken, kheer etc with the one in Pakistan because both of them are Muslim Foods or Mughlai foods with its roots from Central Asia brought by the Mughal Kings.Indian Muslim Food and Pakistani foods are similar with slight variation IN water or quality of meat available. Indian food is only vegetarian food and meats are not allowed in the hindu culture exceptions are the muslims, sikhs and a few communities who consume non veg. Many Indian restaurants in India and overseas are serving non veg foods as Indian food but its totally false. Its not Indian cuisine but Muslim or Mughlai foods. I hope you will now be clear when you are comparing foods in India and Pakistan.
