1. Idc what that man trying to do if I we're in that situation I will definitely hit him with that too to feel what he did in dog and the man who's standing right front of him this is not really right that kind of human behavior is a shit worst than animals of all f that guy

3. Good job man for hitting the dog, but not good to attack the careless owner. Probably that loose dog cause him troubles many times over and he had it enough. I can imagine irresponsible owners and even officials in India not taking care of the complaints..

5. In my neighbors there is a dog who attacked the kids, and bark too much but owner never control him, atleast sometimes they need to calm the dog but they never calm it, i feel like killing the dog but it's bad so i use pass it but always attack the people who are weak.

17. They had to consider people's request, they shouldn't leave their dog like that they had to chained it atleast. It seems like a quaters or apartment, so there must be some people don't like the dog.
