The rain that had been in effect since the morning hours in Esenyurt turned into a flood. On a slope that turns into a stream in the Pinar microdistrict, 2 people, including 1 child, tried to cross the road, but were captured by the stream. The child, caught in the current, after being dragged for a while, held on to a parked car. The man waiting under the building caught the running boy.
Vehicles moved with difficulty along the road.
