What kind of lice are those?!?! They're HUGE! As an RN, the only lice I've seen in the US were about 1/4 of the size of these. They're supposed to be TINY, not big bugs like these! I'm of the opinion, having performed lice checks on some homeless people who were SEVERELY infected that whatever bugs were in this boys hair are NOT lice! Even when you're severely infected with them, they're still hard to see just by looking at the person, you have to separate the hairs and look at the scalp because they stay close to the scalp. They don't just crawl all over your hair. I've seen some in people's eyelashes, because they're that tiny, and even in eyebrows….again because they are tiny. The person just thought they had dry skin or an eye infection because they couldn't see the lice.
