Demon!!! They're all around us. I believe that it's much better to ignore the phenomenons because you don't want to give it any acknowledgement or claims to your house by asking it it's name, ect.
You don't want to show any kind of fear because these entities feeds off fear, giving it it's power. They're not human ghosts, but demonic, alien activity and they could bring a lot of problems into your one's life, so take heed.
