At 9.00 the Police officer says he accused the boy, and he never batted an eyelid, or reacted “suspiciously” in any way. The fact that the boy didn’t react, when accused of rape and murder, IS SUSPICIOUS! If someone accuses you of raping and murdering a child, and you are innocent, you are going to really react, and get offended at the accusation. This is a huge red flag, and the fact the Police Officer says he did not react suspiciously when accused, is naive.
You should talk about Jordan Shaver- From Boise, Idaho. I went to school with her and no one ever covers it…but it’s a very crazy case. It was however once covered on the show “snapped” in one of the episodes…

Pamela Bischoff did not get justice for her murder. The 17 year old knew what he did as he washed all his bloody clothes upon reaching home, after Pamela was raped and dumped in the water. His semen was also present upon examination of Pamela in the morgue. It appears criminals are protected more in this particular case due to legal loopholes in obtaining DNA sample from a suspect. A guilty person would refuse dna sample for obvious reason.
