Today, Craig is going to give you an overview of civil rights and civil liberties. Often these terms are used interchangeably, but they are actually very different. Our civil liberties, contained in the Bill of Rights, once only protected us from the federal government, but slowly these liberties have been incorporated to protect us from the states. We’ll take a look at how this has happened and the supreme court cases that got us here.

What are civil liberties?
They are limitations placed on the government to protect individual freedoms
2. What are civil rights?
Curbs on the power of the majority to make decisions that would benefit some at the expense of others — protects the minorities by protection against discrimination.
3. What are substantive liberties? What are procedural liberties?
They are limits on what the government can do. Procedural liberties are limits on how the government can act
4. What does the fourteenth amendment state? Why is it so important?
No state shall abridge on the rights listed in the constitution, equal protection, etc. Is is important because before citizens may be protected from unjust punishment by the national government, but there was nothing stopping the states.
5. What is selective incorporation?
Means that cases of states infringing on rights are reviewed on a case by case basis by the Supreme Court, but it only happens for each ruling once.

I been back in 2001 to get help but I was told to not put up a pitty party so I couldn't get no help back then for me and my kids and still today I can't get legal help
They do have camera is my house .they do have some type if Russia device in my head framing me back in 2018 I was attack at my house they sprayed chemicals on me . man was running me I was hiding but I was singing a song in my head so the man said to me keep sing keep singing so I stop singing then the device in my head started moving around in my head. So my child took me to will Kelly office but I didn't get out the car that day so she took me to Baptist hospital they hide the poison I felt like I had died it was like I had left my body then I woke up in the ambulance to bullouck county hospital those people there treated me like a dog on the day of my release they put something in my drink the pain went down my left side. I am in so much pain but I have no choice but to keep moving walking dead . I really believe the government DON'T really care I been trying to get help for me and my kids life since 2001 until today. These same people who been having us MURDERED did plotted up to kill me and my kids in 1997 then it WORLDWIDE now on the radio we are been MURDERED so they can be rich is all what they was after for real plus some are my family members.. This justice system is full of bribery.
