23. I thought when an aircraft crashes into the ground it makes a small crater and that crater swallows every single piece of the plane. I'm confused.

24. I'm at 10:13, the second crash in this video. We have a nose dive into the ground at 600mph and when the investigators show up there is debris everywhere. Suddenly I am reminded of, "911 flight 93" which also crashed into the ground nose first yet there was no debris.
    Just thinking out loud.

I watch this and then I realize why I will never ever fly I'm 67 years old I've had multiple opportunities to fly and when I see this I have no intentions of ever boarding a plane I know I'm going to die but it ain't going to be from 35 to 40,000 feet up God bless the souls who perished on plane crashes may they all be with God and be at peace

34. I am, I've wondered about myself as I can't seem to get enough. NOT that I enjoy the suffering of others, rather the reason(s) for mishaps never fail to interest me. Quite a few times its been a seemingly innocuous error quickly turned to a catastrophic and unrecoverable situation. My Dad was a fighter pilot on a aircraft carrier and his only mishap was getting shot down over Korea ( I thank the Marines nearby who heard his signal and rescued him) and I know this is where my fascination with aviation began. However I'm afraid of flying though I love it so I don't know why I saturate my brain with these terrifying videos!
