He reminds me if my Molly who I rescued. She has the most trusting, loving spirit, despite all the people in her life who used her to make puppies & $, and neglected and discarded her. She was initially in terrible health but now she is living her best life, happy-go-lucky and just “pure joy”. She has healed my heart and I adore her!💗
I'm moved by how giving Artie's rescuer/narrator is. She transformed him into his handsome best self and happily handed him over to his forever family. Now that's a bighearted woman!

The part that always gets me is how fast their fur grows back by just being treated normal, no special medicine or anything. It makes you wonder what hell they went through for it to fall out in the first place.
