Roche, He was rescued from an empty apartment. The owner has left, Roche is imprisoned and abandoned in this very apartment. The baby was completely starved. I have never seen such a sick dog. He was trembling with only skin and bones left. Obviously he’s scared, He’s shaking.

I can’t understand how anyone could leave an apartment and abandon this loving dog. At least they could have dropped him off at a vet or a rescue centre. Thank you for rescuing him and giving him the life he deserves.
