I will in this tutorial go through all the basic things like using masks, distort texture map, mixing colors, adding noise in to other textures and so on. Simply a crash course in to how you work with procedural textures!

I am really surprised that this amazing video has only 10k+ views. This is one of the best videos I have come across on the frustrating topic of nodes – especially for beginners like me. Thank you for sharing your hard learned knowledge!
Works with Eevee too, and is much faster when manipulating!
Very informative!!
This is the most detailed tutorial on procedural texturing in blender so far! Thank you so much, sir
Great tutorial. i loved that you explained why rather than just how to do the process.
Thank you, very good presentation.
Thank you for the tutorial. Can you do a tutorial on creating procedural wall textures that are seamless or tileable ? So that I can use the textures into a game engine. Thanks again.
Not a blender question but a procedural texturing question.
I am looking for ready made procedural algorithms from the early 90s that would be suitable for a 32bit game console of that era with little to no appropriate space for storing texture images.
More specifically to replace the image textures found in Quake 1 and 2.
Thank you to anyone who can lend any help in this area.
just…WOW… very very interesting. Thx
Thank you. I finally understood the logic of nodes
And now to take on substance
Thanks! You made it very easy to understand the function of the textures and how to control them.
Awesome work! Where is possible to get this knowledge?
What wonderful tuts you make. Thank you sir!
